Obituary of Mile (Mike) Baljak

BALJAK, Mile (Mike) (1941-2009) Peacefully after a long and courageous battle with cancer at St. Peters Hospital on June 14, 2009. Loving husband and father to Milica and Darko. Will be missed by numerous relatives in Canada, the United States and the former Yugoslavia. Will be remembered for his love of family, friends, his selflessness and sense of humour. Friends will be received at the DONALD V. BROWN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Lake Ave. Drive, Stoney Creek on Tuesday from 7-9 p.m. and Wednesday 3-5 & 7-9 p.m. Pomen Wednesday at 8 p.m. Funeral service will be held at St. Nicholas Serbian Orthodox Cathedral, 149 Nash Road S., Hamilton, on Thursday, June 18th at 11 a.m. with the Very Reverend Father Lazar Vukojev officiating. Interment Mountview Gardens.
