Obituary of Merle Leeming

LEEMING, Merle (Emery) Peacefully at Grace Villa Nursing Home on Wednesday, October 14, 2009, in her 89th year. Beloved wife of the late Roy Leeming. Loving mother of Robert and his wife Patricia. Loving grandmother of Robert and Bekki and Jeannette and Alex. Adored by her great-grandchildren Christina, Elodie and Callum. Predeceased by her two sisters Beverly Bothen and Nonie Stockton. Fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews. Special thanks to the nursing staff and aides at Grace Villa Nursing Home for their compassionate care and kindness. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at the DONALD V. BROWN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Lake Avenue Dr., Stoney Creek on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Tuesday, October 20 at 11 a.m. Private interment at a later date.
