Obituary of Susan Marion

MARION, Susan Peacefully, with her family by her side, at the Henderson General Hospital on Sunday, May 24, 2009, at the age of 87. Loving mother of Dell and Jim Reekie, Bill and Cathy. Cherished grandmother of Brieanne and Armand, Alisha and Matt, Samantha, Jessica and Kimberley. Dear sister of Helen. Predeceased by her brother Paul. Will be missed by many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Susan was an employee of Dominion Glass with 29 years of service and a faithful member of Redeemer Lutheran Church. Thank you to the staff at Henderson Hospital Emergency and Pastor James Anderson for their great care and comfort. Special thanks to the staff of Ridgeview LTCC for the loving care of our mother. Friends will be received at the DONALD V. BROWN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Lake Avenue Dr., Stoney Creek on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 15 Wexford Avenue South, Hamilton, on Thursday, May 28, 2009 at 10 a.m. Interment Woodland Cemetery.
