Obituary of Howard Vernon Nunnerley

NUNNERLEY, Howard Vernon Passed away with dignity at McNally House, Grimsby with Linda, Mike and Karan at his side on Thursday, July 16, 2009, in his 92nd year. Beloved husband of the late Jean Nunnerley (MacLean). Predeceased by his brother Lorne and sister Nona Smith. Only uncle to Linda E. and Michael Matthews. Howard was a great-uncle and great-great-uncle to many nieces and nephews. He had many trades some of which were Auto Mechanic and a Millwright of which he was a founding member of the Millwrights Union Local 1916. He was a resident of Stoney Creek for 45 years before moving to Lincoln Park, Grimsby where he will be sadly missed by his friends and neighbours. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at Lincoln Park Retirement Suites 265 Main St. East, Grimsby on Thursday, July 30th at 2 p.m. In Howard's memory, donations to McNally House, 148 Central Ave., Grimsby, L3M-4Z3, would be appreciated by his family.
