Obituary of Barry Ratnett

RATNETT, Barry Peacefully after a courageous struggle with cancer at the Henderson Hospital on Tuesday, July 21, 2009, in his 69th year. Beloved husband and soulmate of Sandra. Loved father of Nicola and her husband Philip Shames. Loving Gramps to Chelsea and Kyla. Barry will continue to watch over his family, especially his two granddaughters. His family will continue to complete the garden he designed and loved so much. Friends will be received at the DONALD V. BROWN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Lake Ave. Drive, Stoney Creek on Monday, July 27th from 10 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Service in the chapel at 11 a.m. Cremation to follow. In Barry’s memory, donation to the Juravinski Cancer Centre would be appreciated by his family.
