Obituary of Lawrence Salmon

SALMON, Lawrence At the West Lincoln Memorial Hospital, Grimsby, on Thursday, May 14, 2009, in his 87th year. Beloved husband of the late Irma Salmon (nee Packham). Loved father of Lynne Salmon and Laird Eisler, Valerie and George Copeland, Sharon and Greg MacDougall, and Ron Salmon. Loved grandfather of Caitlin Salmon-Eisler, Ryan, Kamille, Shannon and Nicholas Copeland and Joshua and Brett MacDougall. Special great-grandfather of Iesha and Evee-Jae Copeland. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Charles Salmon, Joyce and the late Howard Salmon and the late Ross and Lillian Salmon. Fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews. Lawrence was a life long member and elder at Knox Presbyterian Church, Binbrook. Friends will be received at the DONALD V. BROWN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Lake Ave. Drive, Stoney Creek on Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A Private Family Interment will be held at Knox Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Binbrook. A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, May 19th at Knox Presbyterian Church, 2553 Binbrook Rd., Binbrook at 2p.m. In Lawrence’s memory, donations to Knox Presbyterian Church Box 24, Binbrook, Ontario L0R 1C0, or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
