Our sympathy to Peter's family and close friends. He was a true gentleman.
We knew Peter and his son as neighbours in Westdale, when young Peter was friends with our son Stephen in the 1970s.
We remember Peter Sr. as as a brave man who suddenly found himself a single parent. The love, energy and humour which he devoted to that role was truly remarkable!
We lost touch when we moved to Ancaster in 1980, but reconnected with Peter Sr. a few years later, when I sold him a house in Westdale. He told me then how proud he was of the man his son had become.
