Obituary of Kathleen Margaret Czajka

CZAJKA, Kathleen Margaret After a brief illness, Kathleen passed away peacefully at McMaster Medical Centre, on Wednesday, September 9, 2009 in her 82nd year. Beloved wife of Stanley. Loving mother of Christine Davis (John) and Stephen Czajka. Dear grandmother of Maxine and Amber Davis. Will also be sadly missed by her sister Mary Galley (Bud) and sisters and brothers-in-law Mary Nielson (Joe) and John Czajka (Irene). Predeceased by her sister Muriel and brothers Garnet and William. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Kathleen worked at Cardinal Newman Secondary School as well as St. Catharine’s City Hall, both for many years. Friends will be received at the DONALD V. BROWN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Vigil prayers on Friday at 3:30 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Eugene’s Catholic Church, Parkdale Ave. and Queenston Rd., on Saturday, September 12 at 10:30 a.m. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Salvation Army would be appreciated by the family.
