Obituary of Gino D'Ambrosio

D'AMBROSIO, Gino Suddenly, surrounded by his loving family, at the Hamilton General Hospital on Friday, May 1, 2009, in his 51st year. Loving husband, best friend and soulmate to Anne for the last 25 years. Unbelievable father to William (Billy), Jessica (Ponytail) and Joey (Rockstar). Dear son of Irene and the late Giuseppe D'Ambrosio. Dear brother of Mary Mc Carvell and beloved uncle to Pam (John), Irene, Val, and Reggie. Loving brother to Joey (Nicky) and loving uncle to Michael and Victoria. Brother-in-law of John and Diane, Bill and Marion, Jim and Kathy. Cherished uncle to Tammy, Jason, Scott, Cheryl, Lisa, and Jaylene. Great-uncle to Cole, Olivia, Johnny, Ryan, Nathan and Griffin. Will be sadly missed by his many uncles, aunts, cousins and special friends. Gino was a compassionate Father, Husband, Son, Brother and a dedicated self-employed business man who worked hard to please his customers. Gino was highly respected by his employees at BCM and in the business comunity. Gino was the definition of family and taught his children family values to carry on with for the rest of their lives. Special thanks to the ICU East nurses (Pam, Heather and Deb). Special thanks to Ridgeview LTC staff, residents, and families for thier continued support. Friends will be received at the DONALD V. BROWN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Lake Avenue Dr., Stoney Creek on Monday from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Vigil for the deceased, Monday at 4:30 p.m. Funeral Mass to be celebrated at St. Francis Xavier Roman Catholic Church, Hwy #8, Stoney Creek on Tuesday, May 5th at 10 a.m. Cremation to follow.
