Obituary of Betty Higginbottom

HIGGINBOTTOM, Betty (nee Grice) Peacefully, at her home, on Saturday, August 29, 2009 in her 86th year. Predeceased by her daughter Lynne, son-in-law Steve, brothers Douglas and Thomas and parents Marjorie and Thomas. Will be dearly missed by her sister Verva and her husband Newc, nephew Paul and sisters-in-law Shirley and Emily and many nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at the DONALD V. BROWN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Lake Ave. Dr., Stoney Creek, on Tuesday from 6-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday, September 2, 2009 at 2:30 p.m. Interment White Chapel Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
