Please accept my sincere condolences for the loss of your husband, father and grandfather ... he will be sorely missed.
I worked with Orval at the Operations Centre for the City of Stoney Creek back in 1989 until his retirement. He always had a smile for everyone and loved talking about his moose hunting. For his retirement I gave him a framed watercolour of a moose in a field that I painted for him and I remember him being so pleased with it.
