I knew Chris from my work at CUMIS and during that time I got to know a man that I respected and trusted both personally and professionally.
His humour was a daily feature of his work life and often spoke of his family - he was a proud dad.
Such sad news - condolences.

I have fine memories of Chris, both the student and the person. I taught Chris in the earlier part of my 31 year career. My condolences to those of his siblings who also passed through my classroom, and to all his family. May fond memories and laughter help to alleviate your sadness.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Chris for the last 4 years. He always made me feel welcomed and managed to make me smile whenever we ended up at the same events. He was a wonderful man and will be missed by all who had the pleasure to know him.

My family and friends have known Chris for over 35 years, and even though these last few years we haven't seen too much of him, we all have such fond and funny memories of Chris. He will be greatly missed, and my family would like to pass on our condolensces to Jacob, Daniel and all his family in this very difficult time.

I have fond memories of working with Chris - first at CUMIS and later at Sibley. His intelligence, dry wit and (mostly) calm approach made him a pleasure to work with. I know from many conversations with him that he was very proud of his sons, was having a great time on his ball team and was enjoying time hiking and being outdoors. He will be missed by many. Condolences to Jacob, Sharon and all his family and especially to Daniel whom I remember as a co-op student at CUMIS.

After many years of friendship, I am deeply saddened to lose my buddy Chris. Through baseball, volleyball, biking, and most recently our two-person investment club, his intelligence, sharp wit, quirky sense of humour, and his passion for the things he cared about most in life, made for many wonderful times. I will never forget you, Chris. I will always miss you. My condolences to Jacob, Daniel, Sharon, and all of his family. Rest in peace, my friend.

Uncle Chris will always be remembered as the "cool uncle" who would always make the nieces and nephews laugh and have fun. I am so grateful that he was in my life and part of our family. He is well loved and hilarious, so many inside jokes and an indomitable sense of humour. Love you lots.
