Obituary of Marion Mason

MASON, Marion Peacefully, at the Juravinski Hospital on Tuesday, March 6, 2012, in her 83rd year. Beloved wife of Frank for over 57 years. Loving mother of David and his wife Diana, and Barry and his wife Catherine. Cherished Grandma of Neil, James, Lorena, and Sarah. Marion will be missed by her brother George, sister Doreen, and sister-in-law Peggy of England and predeceased by her brother Albert. Will always be remembered by her nieces and nephews, especially Yvonne. Marion was a member of Cheyne Presbyterian Church and loved attending the Golden Friendship Club. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Thursday from 7-9 p.m. and Friday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at Cheyne Presbyterian Church (the corner of King St. West and First St. S. Stoney Creek) on Saturday, March 10, 2012 at 1 p.m. Private interment will take place on Monday. As an expression of sympathy, donations to Cheyne Presbyterian Church, World Vision Canada, or Mission Services would be appreciated by the family.
