Obituary of Eva May McGee

MCGEE, Eva May (Boyd) Peacefully at Owen Sound Regional Hospital, on Thursday, March 17, 2011, in her 88th year. Beloved wife of George for 64 years. Loving mother of Diane and Jim Reed, Wayne McGee and Trish and Steve Sehl. Dear Grandma of David, Taylor (Jessica), Jason (Shandy), Olivia, Caleb, Benjamin and Connary and 9 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Nora Stockford (George), Clifford Boyd (Eleanor) and Billy Boyd. Predeceased by brother Jack, Jimmy, Tom, Huck, Dick, Fred and sister Lily. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Eva enjoyed many years at Sauble Beach and will also be missed by the “Sauble Gang” Keith and Marg, Carole, Jimmy. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, March 24th at 10:30 a.m. Interment Eastlawn Cemetery.
