Obituary of Wesley Beetham

BEETHAM, Wesley Peacefully at home, on Sunday, March 4, 2012, in his 80th year. Beloved husband of Marion. Loved father of Gail Priest, Lorrie Kovac (Don), Carol Ogruk, John (Angie) and Glen. Loved Grandfather of Michael, Frank, Derrick, Laura, Dennis, Patrick, Katie, Sarah, Erica, and Ian. Dear brother of Bill and Shirley Browne (Winston). Predeceased by a brother Donald and a sister Betty Caverly. Survived by several nieces and nephews. Wesley was the President of the Korean Veterans Association of Hamilton, a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 622, a former volunteer firefighter in Winona, a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish, and a retired employee of John Inglis. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Tuesday from 2:30-4:30 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Parish Prayers at 4 p.m. Funeral Mass to be celebrated at Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish, 934 Highway # 8, Winona on Wednesday, March 7, 2012 at 10 a.m. Cremation to follow.
