Obituary of John Millar

MILLAR, John Left us suddenly on Monday, August 29, 2011 at the Hamilton General Hospital, at the age of 62. Will be sorely missed by his mother Isabel and his late father Robert, sister Catherine and her husband Richard MacIntyre, brother Roy and his wife Colleen, nephews Duncan MacIntyre, Scott Millar and niece Kathleen Millar. John was a recent retiree of Dofasco after 40+ years of service. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Thursday from 6-8 p.m. and Friday, September 2, 2011 from 1 p.m. until the time of Funeral Service at 3 p.m. in the Funeral Home Chapel. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family.
