Obituary of Anne Elizabeth Moser

MOSER, Anne Elizabeth Passed away peacefully at home, after a brief battle with cancer on Monday, March 29, 2010 at the age of 92. Beloved wife of the late Joseph Peter (Joe) (August 1, 2003) for 62 years. Cherished mother of Dan (Judy), late Hugh (April 2, 2004) (Shirley), Susan Clement (Bob), Paul (Sheila). Devoted Granny of Connie (Jayson), Jenny (Jason), Kathy, Sarah, Jamie, Michael, Matthew and Melanie. G.G. to Jessica, Kelly and Noah. Also remembered by her extended families. Sister of May, Agnes and Bernardine of Regina. Predeceased by siblings Connie, Irene and Walter. Sister-in-law of Agnes and Susie of Regina and Ann. Predeceased by her brothers and sisters-in-law. Anne was a member of the CWL for 73 years, 60 of those at St. Francis Xavier. She was a former teacher at St. Martin of Tours School in Stoney Creek. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Vigil prayers 8:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Francis Xavier Church on Wednesday, March 31, 2010 at 10 a.m. Interment Mountview Gardens Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the MS Society, Diabetes Association or the Good Shepherd would be appreciated by the family.
