Obituary of Edna M. Mozewsky

MOZEWSKY, Edna M. (nee Forbes) May 12, 1931 - May 10, 2010 After a lengthy and courageous battle with her health, Edna passed away peacefully, at St. Peter's Chedoke Nursing Home. Edna, in her 79th year, was one of 9 children born to the late Laura and James Forbes. Edna is survived by her life long best friend Frank. Edna and Frank enjoyed 62 years of marriage and together had 4 children; Sandy (Gil), Frank (Ericka), Linda (Gord), Kathy (Stan). Also survived by 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Thursday, May 13 from 6-9 p.m. A Celebration of her life will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, May 14 at 12:30 p.m. with interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery on Plains Road, Burlington. A special thank you to the girls in the outpatient blood clinic at St. Joseph's Hospital, and the wonderful caring staff at St. Peter's Chedoke Nursing Home.
