Obituary of Franco Mundo

MUNDO, Franco (Frankie) After a courageous battle with cancer, Frankie passed away at the Carpenter Hospice, Burlington, on Monday, October 24, 2011, at the age of 43. Loving husband and best friend of Terri (White). Cherished father to Sophia. Loved son of Antonio and Angela Mundo and son in law of William and Lillian White. Dear brother and brother-in-law to Anna and Rocco Pugliese, Lisa and Mauro Gabriele, Tina and David Rotchford, Tracey and Rick Orford. Will also be sadly missed by his nieces and nephews; Antonino, Michele, Claudette, Candice (John), Andrew and Haiden. Frankie enjoyed his work at Paling Industries and had served the company for over 20 years. Special thank you to Butch and Leslie Evans for their continuous love and support during this difficult time. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home,36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7- 9 p.m. Vigil Prayers Wednesday at 8:45 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be held at St. Francis Xavier Church, (Greens Rd and Highway 8) Stoney Creek, on Thursday, October 27th at 11:30 a.m. Inurnment Our Lady of The Angels Cemetery.
