MUNROE, Envoy Dorothy Elizabeth retired Promoted to Glory on Tuesday, February 12, 2013 in her 95th year. Beloved wife of the late Sinclair Munroe. Loving mother of Russell and Terry (Doris). Cherished grandmother of Jonathan (Lindsay), Timothy (Lindsay), Michelle (Harvey), Kelly (Eric), Ryan (Lorraine), 10 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren. Special thank you to the second floor staff at Grace Villa Nursing Home for their thoughtful care and consideration. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will take place on Friday, February 15, 2013 at 11 a.m. at Winterberry Heights Salvation Army Church, 300 Winterberry Dr., Stoney Creek. Interment to follow at Woodland Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to Winterberry Heights Salvation Army Church would be appreciated by the family.
