NELSON, Heather Lynn RPN We are deeply saddened to announce the sudden passing of Heather on August 28, 2012 in her 41st year. Loving mother of Jordan and Brianna. Cherished daughter of Carson and Carol. Predeceased by her brother Mark. Survived by her sister-in-law Mindy. Heather will be fondly remembered by her aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Heather was a recent graduate of Niagara College completing the Registered Nursing Program. Friends will be received at Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday September 1, 2012 at 10 a.m. Interment to follow at Mountview Gardens Cemetery.
