Nanny,
Words cannot express how sad I am that your leaving.
You were always the person I looked up to and admired most. You were always there for me when I needed you, and you always seemed to have the right answers.
You were always so strong and so brave. You fought a hard battle and I am so proud of you. I can only hope that I have inherited some of your amazing qualities.
I hope that you can be at peace now...and see your family that have passed before you. Please say hi to my dad for me, and tell him that I miss him. Take care of him like you always did for me.
I will never forget all the memories that I have of you. The sleepovers we used to have, all the times we walked to the mall, and the million episodes of Wheel of Fortune I watched with you.
Thank you for being my grandmother. I was truly blessed to have you in my life.
I love you Nan, always and forever.
