Obituary of Helen Elizabeth Newman

NEWMAN, Helen Elizabeth Peacefully, with her family by her side at Hampton Terrace Nursing Home on October, 14, 2011 in her 94th year. Beloved husband to the late Charles (1992). Cherished mother to Gary (2007) and his wife Nettie, Earl and his wife Joan, Wayne and his wife Ala. Grandmother to Cathy, Kerry, Jamie, Jody, Mitchell, Matthew and five great-grandchildren. Helen is survived by her sister Evelyn and many nieces and nephews. Special thanks to Dr. Chiu and the staff at Hampton Terrace for all their care and support. Friends are invited to Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Monday, October 17, 2011 from 4-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be celebrated in the Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, October 18, 2011 at 1:30 p.m. Interment to follow at Eastlawn Cemetery.
