Obituary of Betty Payne

PAYNE, Betty Peacefully on Febraury 25, 2013 in her 84th year. Beloved wife of the late Russell Payne. Cherished mother of the late Barry, Dona, Randy, Kevin, Debbie and their families. Survived by her sisters Jean and Marion. Betty lived life to the fullest and was a sassy broad right to the end. Friends will be received at Donald V.
