Obituary of Wendy Richardson

RICHARDSON, Wendy It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of a loving wife, mother and grandmother on October 23, 2011 at The Hamilton General Hospital. At the age of 47 her life was taken too quickly. She fought a battle of cancer with great strength and the support of her loving husband for the past 28 years Ron Richardson who was always by her side. She is an adored mother of Erin Beardmore (David) and Reed Richardson, grandmother of Griffin Collins and Ryerson Beardmore and daughter to Peter and Lucille Stanbury. She will also be missed by her husband’s parents Norma and the late Ron Richardson. Wendy will be remembered and in the hearts of many family and friends. Thank you to all the doctors at the Juravinski, St. Joseph’s and Hamilton General Hospitals. A special thank you to Dr. Tom Kouroukis and staff at the Juravinski Hospital. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Wednesday, October 26, 2011 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Celebration of Wendy’s life will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, October 27, 2011 at 10 a.m. Cremation to follow.
