Obituary of Betty Jean Rogers

ROGERS, Betty Jean (nee Hampson, Thompson) - Peacefully at St. Joseph's Hospital on Wednesday, November 14, 2007, in her 75th year. Predeceased by her husband Howard. Beloved mother of Robbie (Pat), Jimmy (Patti) and Randy. Dear grandmother of Dawn (Greg), Christine (Matt), Mike (Joanna), Bobbi, Lynsey and Christopher. Great-grandmother of Julie, Brady, Casey, Sydney and Brennen. Much loved sister of Lillian (Gord), Dorothy, Robert (Gail), Bill (Jean) and sister-in-law Gail. Predeceased by brothers Jim (Isabel) and Jack and brother-in-law Al. She will be sadly missed by many cousins, nieces and nephews. Special thanks to the amazing staff at St. Joseph's Hospital 4th floor CCU. Friends will be received at the DONALD V. BROWN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Lake Avenue Dr., Stoney Creek on Thursday from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. Funeral Service to be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, November 16, 2007 at 11 a.m. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to the CNIB would be greatly appreciated by the family.
