SALVERDA, Geertruida Suddenly, went to be with her Lord and her late husband Bauke, at St. Joseph’s Hospital on Wednesday, December 29, 2010 of Stoney Creek in her 86th year. Beloved mother of Klaas and the late Johanna, Aaltsje and her husband Tseard, Theresa, Rinske, Symen and his wife Faye, John and his wife June, Ivan, Trudy, Jannie and her husband Richard. Loving grandmother of 21 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Meine Langeraap. Sister-in-law of Griet, Pierkje, Annie, Sietse and Anna. Predeceased by brothers Jelle, Diedert, Wopke, Jentje and Liekele. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Monday from 7-9 p.m. and at Ebenezer Reformed Church, 621 Highway #8, Stoney Creek on Tuesday, January 4, 2010 from 12:45 p.m. until the time of Funeral Service at 1:30 p.m. Interment to follow at Mountview Gardens.
