Obituary of Nora Stockford

STOCKFORD, Nora (nee Boyd) Passed away peacefully at home on June 22, 2012 in her 87th year. Beloved wife of George for the past 62 years. Loving mother to Gary (Joanne) and Donald. Dearest Grandma to Kimberly, Jennifer, Dax, Dayten and Devin. Beloved sister of Clifford and Billy. Predeceased by her siblings Jack, Jimmy, Tom, Huck, Dick, Eva, Lilly and Fred. Special thanks to nurse Bonnie and the home care workers from ParaMed. Friends will be received at Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Tuesday, June 26, 2012 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, June 27, 2012 at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Hamilton Cemetery.
