Obituary of Audrey Violet Sutton

SUTTON, Audrey Violet (Arnold) December 3, 1926 - June 17, 2008 Sadly, in her 82nd year, we have lost our Mother, our friend. We rejoice in the time we were blessed with her and feel sorrow in missing our special Mom. She will be happy now in a reunion with the love of her life, Allen, our beloved Dad. Missing her are children Lynn Sutton, Terry and Bill Olmsted, Randy Sutton, Jeff Sutton and special daughter Frances Murray. Loved by grandchildren Jim and Ali Gilbey, Bill and Kara Gilbey, Mark Gilbey and fiancée Jessica Williams, Melissa and Geoff McDonald, Victoria and Dave Willms, Samantha and Michael Rogers, and Caroline Sutton. Special Great-Grama to Clarke Gilbey, Kennedy and Josh Gilbey, Taylor and Eva McDonald, Owen, Lily and Ethan Rogers. Dearly loved sister of Dorothy Blanchard and Aunt to many nieces and nephews. Especially missed by pets Molly and Boomer. Mom was a long time member of the Church of Our Saviour the Redeemer, Stoney Creek. Friends will be received at the DONALD V. BROWN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Friday from 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at the Church of Our Saviour the Redeemer, 25 Lake Ave. South, Stoney Creek on Saturday, June 21st at 9.30 a.m. Interment Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Memorial donations to the Juravinski Cancer Centre would be appreciated by the family. Many thanks to the staff and nurses, Dr. Boyle and Greg at St. Joseph's Hospital for the great care they took of Mom. Special thanks to Jean for the love and care she gave.
