Obituary of Anne Swan

SWAN, Anne (Cooper) It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Anne, on Saturday, August 25, 2012 at the Arbour Creek Nursing Home. Beloved wife of Jeff for almost 55 years. Loving mother to Karene (Dan) Maxwell and Barbara (Stewart) Wilson. Cherished grandmother of Callum and Ewan and dear daughter to Cathy Cooper of Scotland. Our heartfelt thanks to Cathy and Andrew Watson, their kindness and friendship go beyond words. We extend our gratitude to all of the staff at Arbour Creek, for the compassion and care they showed our dear mother. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Tuesday from 2-5 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday, August 29, 2012 at 1:30 p.m. Cremation to follow.
