Obituary of Mary Talbot

TALBOT, Mary Passed away peacefully at Henderson General Hospital on Wednesday, April 14, 2010 in her 99th year. Predeceased by her loving husband Cecil (1998). Cherished mother of Irene and her husband Ken Cake of Stoney Creek and Sandra and her husband George Crane of Binbrook. Cherished grandmother of Christine (Lee) Jacobs, Debra Cake, Steven (Karen) Cake, Julie (Steph) Rioux and Laura Scuillo. Great-grandmother of Kelsey, Taylor, Olivia, Abbey, Carter, Emerson, Nicole, Rachel, Jake and Max. Dear sister-in-law of Mildred Talbot. Will be missed by nieces and nephews here and in England. Predeceased by her parents Richard and Alice, siblings Richard, Elizabeth, Agnes, George, William and Annie of England. Special care was given to mom at Heritage Green Nursing Home and by the nurses on the 4th floor oncology at Henderson Hospital. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Monday, April 19, 2010 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Cremation to follow. A Celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
