Obituary of Kim Charmaine Bowen

BOWEN, Kim Charmaine Peacefully, on Tuesday, February 21, 2012, at the Hamilton General Hospital, in her 60th year. Beloved daughter of Ruth and the late Alex Howes, and daughter-in-law of Bruce and Marion Bowen. Cherished wife of Howard for 25 years. Loved sister of Jay and Jill. Will be missed by nieces Maggie, 'Becca, Jillian and Carley, and nephews Ben and Jeff. Fondly remembered by many friends. Kim was of a kind heart and gentle soul. Special thanks to Dr. James Velianou and Cardiology personnel. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Friday, February 24th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday, February 25th at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
