Obituary of William (Bill) Vine

VINE, William (Bill) “Tiger” Peacefully, with his family by his side, on Monday, September 2, 2013 in his 76th year. Beloved husband of Joan for 47 years. Much loved father of Kim (Nick) and Billy (Lacey). Lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Kessa, Colton, and another on the way. Predeceased by his father, William James, and his mother, Delma Anastasia, and his brother Tom. Eldest brother to Mike (Wendy), Sharon (Jim) and Ted. He will also be missed by many relatives and friends. Visitation will be held at Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Thursday, September 5th from 6-9 p.m. The Funeral Service to commemorate Bill’s life will be held at the Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, September 6, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. Interment to follow at Mount Hamilton Cemetery, 260 Rymal Road East (at Upper Wellington). The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Macassa Lodge. Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
