Obituary of Ferdinand Volf

VOLF, Ferdinand Peacefully at home, on Sunday, June 2, 2013 at the age of 80. Dear husband to Marija for 53 years. Loving father of Fred (Debbie) and Linda. Proud grandfather to Steven, Sara and Ryan. Sadly missed by sister Justina and many nieces and nephews in Slovenia and his niece Maida and family from Timmins. He will also be remembered by many friends in the Slovenian Community in Hamilton. Friends will be received at Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Tuesday, June 4, 2013 from 6:30 – 9 p.m. Prayers will be offered at 7 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Gregory the Great Slovenian Catholic Church on Wednesday, June 5, 2013 at 11 a.m. Cremation to follow.
