From Debbie Anguish
I wish Bev was sitting in my chair and we were talking about our book club or some wonderful recipe. She was such a strength when my mom was ill and came to the funeral home for our family with a beautiful card that I will always cherish.I will miss her so much.

Chris and Annaliese and Phil,
What a wonderful mom you have and friend of 55 years. I learned so much from her at Bagshaw in my first teaching years and we had so much fun teaching Grade 1 together in the Big Open Room at Bagshaw in the Early 80's. I will always remember and cherish those times and of course the friendship that carried on all these years. Those beautiful stockings that every year are hung will take on such a very special meaning. She just finished our newest one for our daughter in law, Michelle and our younges grandchild Madison. They are so beautiful!!! May the love that your mom shared with so many of us be reflected in each of your lives as your treasure her legacy. I'm sending you all big hugs!!! Mary Jane

So sorry to hear about the loss of such a wonderful lady! I met Bev at the beginning of my teaching career and the end of hers. She was a great mentor to me at Red Hill school where she shared resources, ideas and laughter. There isn't a Christmas that goes by that I don't think fondly of her... as I unpack the beautiful stockings that she knitted for my children. It was a blessing to have known her.

Though I never had Mrs. Vollick as a teacher, she remains as much a part of my Bagshaw memories as any teacher I did have - I can't remember not knowing her. And little did I know that both of her kids would become my friends at Glendale. Chris and Annaliese - the warm, kind and caring people that you are is truly a reflection your mother. My thoughts are with you both and Phil at this time.

My earliest memories of Beverley go back to the 1940's growing up on Glennie Ave. As little girls we played "cut outs" & spent many hours dressing our dolls with clothes cut out from Eatons & Sears catalogues. Many years passed; school times, weddings, children, etc. I'm very thankful that we again connected about 7 years ago to celebrate my 65th birthday and Shirley, Bev & I continued to get together at least once a year for lunch (I will miss those special times). If I had to use only one word to describe Beverley it would be CARING!
My heart goes out to Karen, Phil, Annaliese & Chris.
Rest in peace dear friend!

I remember Mrs. Vollick fondly; she was my grade 3 teacher. She was a nice, kind and very caring woman and all these years later I still remember that particular school year. Not long ago, I was looking at my report card from grade 3, handwritten as it was back in the day, and she had nothing but kind and wonderful things to say. She clearly has had an influence on all kinds of kids over the years. My prayers and thoughts go out to Chris and Annalise at this difficult time.

Chris ,Annaliese, and Phil......never in my wildes dreams did I think I would be writing this message. Aunt Bev was and always will be a very caring and loving person. As a child she was always there for me. I spent most of my young childhood with her and you at your house. I remember the Christmas calanders, stockings, and the food. As I sit here and type this message I still ask myself why? I have read over the last few days how much she has touched so many people, in so many different ways. I am so proud to say that to say she is my Aunt!!! She is now up there with Uncle Norm. Know that I love you guys very much. I love you Aunt Bev XOXO.
Love Rene
