Obituary of Dan Wilson

WILSON, Dan Passed away peacefully in the loving arms of Jesus, his Lord and Saviour, on Saturday, November 8, 2008. Loving husband and best friend of Audrey. Cherished father of Laurie. Beloved grandfather of Amaris, Jacob and Connor. Much loved by his sister Pauline and her husband John of Florida, brother Rev. Carman and his wife Mary of Hamilton and brother Lloyd of B.C. Dan will be missed greatly by his stepson Mark, niece Tracy and her husband Alex, daughter-in-law Annette and by his best friends David Frost, Pat Redpath, Ray Love, Byron Humphries, the McCready family and many other friends. Predeceased by his parents Donald and Bessie Wilson, stepfather Carman Brown, and son Todd. Dan was a charter member of Meadow Creek Community Church, devoted teacher of the bible and intercessory prayer. At Dan’s request, cremation has taken place. Family and friends will be received at the DONALD V. BROWN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Lake Avenue Dr., Stoney Creek on Tuesday, November 11, 2008 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Memorial Service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday, November 12, 2008 at 11am. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Meadow Creek Building Fund, 662 Fennel Ave. E.
