ZALITACK, Mary (Evancio) Surrounded by her loving family at the Hamilton General Hospital on Saturday, September 4, 2010 in her 89th year. Wife of the late George Zalitack. Beloved mother of Donald and his wife Margaret, Richard and his wife Brenda and David and his wife Donna. Loving grandmother of Carey Lynn and her husband Danny, Jennifer and her fiancé Jeff, Gary, Sara and Neil. Very special Great Baba to Madison and Carson. Dear sister of Olga, Helen, Rose, Peter and Irene. Predeceased by her siblings Kay, Ann, Steve, Alex, Bill and John. Godmother to Gail and special friend to Doris. Aunt to many nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Tuesday from 7-9 p.m. and Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Panachyda on Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. (to avoid road construction please follow Second St. North from King St. to right turn on Charles Ave.) Funeral Service will be held at St. Vladimir Ukrainian Orthodox Cathedral, 855 Barton St. E., Hamilton on Thursday, September 9 at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
