See that scintilla? See that spark?
That rapid-raced across the Hamilton sky,
And lit the dark?
Perhaps that was the spirit of a Santa Monica Sunset.
Goodbye Phil, it was good knowing you; you have earned your wings not least for putting up with my odd ways during those Argonaut and Santa Monica days. I guess I may see you, on the wing, on that eternal pitch someday - you know me, I'm lost and still trying to find the changing room. God bless Phil.
