Obituary of Mary Aileen Bryers-Paluck

BRYERS-PALUCK, Mary Aileen After a brief illness, Mary Aileen Bryers-Paluck of Hamilton passed away peacefully at St. Joseph’s Hospital, on Monday, April 2, 2012, at the age of 93. Mary was the beloved wife of Russell Robert Bryers (Bryers Construction Company) who predeceased her in 1965. On October 30, 1981, she married Stanley Paluck and they had thirty wonderful years together. Mary was a loving mother to James Bryers (deceased 1974), Roy Bryers (Janet) of Hamilton and Susan O’Hearn of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. She is survived by her loving grandchildren, Russell Bryers (Dody) of Hamilton, Christine Bryers (James McDowall) of Hamilton, Kelly O’Hearn of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and Eleanor O’Hearn of Carmel, New York and great-grandchildren, J.J., Josh and Madison Bryers of Hamilton, Akylee, Alexis and Destiny Weaver and Jolee and Gracie O’Hearn, all of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Mary is also survived by one sister, Mrs. Jean Cuthill of Leduc, Alberta, one brother, Harold Greenaway (Louie) of Hastings, Ontario. There are many friends and family members who have precious memories of Mary. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avene Drive, Stoney Creek, on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday, April 7, 2012 at 1 p.m. Private interment Hamilton Cemetery. The family would like to thank the staff members of St. Joseph’s Hospital in Hamilton who cared for Mary during her final days.
