Obituary of Amy (Ann) Louise Buchanan

BUCHANAN, Amy (Ann) Louise Born January 25, 1914, gone to be with the Lord on January 29, 2008. Loving mother of James (wife Shirley), Carolfaye (husband William Bevan, deceased) of Hamilton and Wayne (wife Judy) of Quispamsis, NB. The Matriarch of five generations, twelve grandchildren, twenty-six great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren. Amy is survived by her sister Mariann Kaulbach, predeceased by ten sisters and two brothers. A deep appreciation is extended to all staff of the 2nd floor of Parkview Nursing Home and to Dr. Klinghoffer for the outstanding and attentive care of our mother. Visitation will be held at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Friday, February 1, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. with service in the chapel and interment to follow at Eastlawn Cemetery.
