Obituary of Ron Foran

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our father, Ron, on Saturday, January 11, 2014 at St. Peter’s Hospital in his 87th year. Beloved wife of the late Dorothy. He will be greatly missed by his children George, Rick (Michelle), Dave (Miriam). Predeceased by his children Kathy and Terry. Cherished grandfather of Ronnie, Mike, Kathy, Ronnie, Rick, Lindsay, Kim, Tracey and many great-grandchildren. Ron was the founder of Arlington Crane Service. Special thanks to the staff of staff of 3W St. Peter’s Hospital for all of their kindness and care. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, January 16, 2014 at 11 a.m. Cremation to follow. A private family interment will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
