Our hearts go out to all of the Marshall Family in your loss. Charles lived with us while Calgary, he spoke so fondly of his wonderful parents. We respected the closeness he had with all of his family. A big hug to you Charles, we know how you will miss him. We hope that all the fond memories you have will keep him near to you. Clearly your Father had a huge impact on his family, so the loss will be great. Take care!

Uncle George will be missed by our entire family. He was such a great asset, brother & friend to my Dad, Bill Marshall & Quigley Construction. He did so much for the entire community of Stoney Creek. So happy he lived a long, blessed life. Hope I can come see my cousins some day soon. Bless you all and am thinking of you. Debbie (this is my bus email)

Our family sends our sympathies to George's family. My Dad, Claude Chabot, had a "fishing weekend" for over 25 years at Victoria Island and George was always my Dad's right hand man and i think one of the few who actually fished. George would help Claude shop for this big, guys weekend, protect most of them during the time there, and be the driver. We have many great pictures of those trips. George continued to send Christmas greetings to our Mom, Joy, over the years and would always mention by name all of my sisters and to send to us greetings for the new year. He was a very kind man and Mom enjoyed seeing a recent picture of him tending to his garden. Thinking of his family at this time, from the Chabot family: Joy, Michie, Jeannine, Anne, Renee and Claudette.

My thoughts and prayers for the entire family. I am so sad to hear of Uncle George's passing. I have so many happy memories of visits to Uncle George and Auntie Babe's house!! He was such a wonderful man and a shining light and will be sadly missed by everyone whose life he touched. I know that his passing will leave an empty space in everyone's heart, but he will long be remembered. I will miss you Uncle George. Happy Trails. Love Leighsa

Mr. Marshall, my number one football fan. I will always remember, very fondly, the many, many trips and good times to Ivor Wynne and that old mistake-by-the-lake known as the CNE with Mr. Marshall. He drove many of us there, took us, cheered with us, and always did so smilingly. Without doubt my fondest memory, though, is the year when Charlie was sick for some Grey Cup in Toronto, and the Cats were playing, Mr. Marshall somehow remembered me up at school in Kingston, called, met me at the TO train station and we enjoyed the game together. My kids here in Ottawa think I am a bit over-the-top in cheering on those Tabbies so for so long and I always reply ..."that's nothing, Mr. Marshall has been doing it much, much longer." I know he knows I'll continue the cheers. Godspeed to all the Marshall family from Ottawa: Dave, Carol, Doug and Scott.
