Lynda, where do we begin to say we are so sorry to hear of Mike's passing. We are shocked beyond words. We never knew of his illness and would have been there for you in a heartbeat. We are so glad that we were at the racetrack last year and were able to reconnect with you two. I will never forget the big bear hug that Mike gave me when he saw me! We have special memories of the two of you, mostly from racing but also when you attended our wedding and gave it your all to sing us a "car song" , also many happy travels to Maple Grove for the bracket finals. Mike was one of a kind, always there to help out if needed and a joke or two along the way. He was a true sportsman in every sense of the word. Lynda please accept our sincere condolences. Thinking of you and may God bring you comfort. You're in our thoughts and prayers xo

Lynda...we are so sorry for your loss. We know we did not know either of you for very long but the time we did have with you was always fun. We enjoyed hearing Mike talk about races and cars. He was funny and he was so friendly and included us in the 'inner circle' at the campground at Carlisle right away. We really enjoyed visiting with you both last year. We will miss seeing you both at Carlisle and like others have stated, we will be looking for you and Mike and missing you both. We had looked forward to this year at Carlisle and later this year in seeing you both in Canada at the Moparfest. Please keep in touch with us. We really would like to come by and see you when we come to Canada. We also want to offer you our love and support during your difficult time. We are praying for you to be comforted by the one that created us and in the knowledge that you and Mike have a lifetime of memories and a lifetime filled with friends (from all over) that care about you both. Mike we will miss you, rest easy and God Bless You.

Lynda, we are so, so sorry for your loss. Just know there are so many of us out here, who wish you comfort. Mikey: Words cannot describe this special man the world has lost. Mikey was happy, sweet, loving, kind, funny, gregarious, devilish and the "always had your back", kind of man. He worked hard and played hard, but always with a sense of humour. That little glint in his eye, said he was up to something. He truly was a peach of a man, but the little boy in him was always just below the surface. Our time racing with Mike and you, Lynda, will always be a special time in our lives. Chrysler and Ford racers, having fun and sharing our lives, and racing by the seat of our pants. They were some of the happiest times in our lives. Like the morning Ken and I got up (at the dragstrip), and Mikey was sitting on the picnic table at 6 a.m., eating cold corn on the cob from the night before. Or Halloween, when Mikey and Ken dressed up as Hanz and Franz (I still have a picture, somewhere). The night we went to the little bar in Maple Grove, and Mikey and Ken got asked to play in the Shuffleboard Tourney, and their team won! We'd sat there and chanted Mikey! Mikey! Mikey! and Kenny! Kenny! Kenny!, and the whole place joined in! There are so many more. I'm sure Mikey left this world with a great burnout, a perfect 5.0 light, and yelling "GIVE'ER!!!!!", on a perfect run to heaven!

I was deeply saddened by the news of Mike's passing. Please accept my heartfelt condolences. THE MEASURE OF A MAN: Not - "how did he die" But - "how did he live" Not - "what did he gain" But - "what did he give" These are the units To measure the worth Of a man, as a man.

Lynda I want to first off say how sorry I am for your loss, you lost a great man. I met Mike and Lynda at Chryslers at Carlisle in Carlisle, PA. I've never met such kind hearted people as him and his wife. They instantly became friends with my parents and myself. Every summer I looked forward to reconnecting with them, especially Mike who I always found myself kidding around with (he made it so easy too). He was always so kind to my son who always had his own cup that Mike would always offer him beer too even though he's four (don't worry he never drank any :) ). He kiddingly renamed my dog the appropriate title of "Squeeky". Summer after summer it was like they never left the states, because we all would start off from where we left off the previous year. He was a true Mopar fan inside and out. Camping at Chryslers at Carlisle will never be the same...I know when I go back again this year I will be looking for him in person, but he will always be there in spirit. God bless your family.

Mike, will truely be missed us, he inspired me as young man to get involved in drag racing, and do the best that I can. He was always there when we needed a hand, he was there for our kids as well without reservation. I learned so much from him, We wish we could have been able to thank him, but I think he know's.

Our hearts are so heavy and words to describe how we feel escape us, He was our friend, our mentor, the man that could fix anything. His humor, his laughter, his naughtiness, his down to earth advice will always be a part of us., and those hugs were the best. May all your lights be perfect, we love you!!
