Obituary of E. Ruth Weldon

Passed away peacefully, on Friday, March 14, 2014 in her 84th year at Extendicare in Hamilton. Predeceased by her beloved husband and best friend Ross. Dear mother of Chris, Nancy and her husband Jim Winn, Cam and his wife Jill. Cherished and proud grandma of Erin (Owen), Claire (Kyle), Paul and Kevin and great-grandma to Henry. Also survived by her brother Norman Evans and predeceased by her sister Mary Gibbons. The family will receive friends at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Wednesday, March 19, 2014 from 2–4 and 7–9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, March 20th at 11:00 am. Interment to follow at Mount Hamilton Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Hamilton SPCA would be greatly appreciated by the family as Ruth was a great lover of her dogs.
