Obituary of Jennie Laura Cormier

CORMIER, Jennie Laura Peacefully at the Wellington Nursing Home, on Wednesday, June 12, 2013, in her 91st year. Beloved wife of the late Ray Cormier. Loving mother of Dawn and Howie Coles, James and Linda Burgher, and the late David Burgher (June). Cherished grandmother of 8 grandchildren and many great and great-great-grandchildren. Jennie is predeceased by her brothers and sisters. Jennie was a Member of a Hamilton Camping Club for several years, she and her late husband Ray enjoyed Square Dancing and also travelled extensively through Horseshoe Pitching. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Thursday, June 20 at 11 a.m. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family.Online condolences may be made at www.donaldvbrown.ca
