I knew Marlene through the many dance classes we attended together, and in the Golden Age of Variety show of which I was a part. Marlene always had a warm smile and kind word for everyone. She certainly will be missed by all who knew her. My heartfelt condolences to Levi and her family. Our loss is heavens gain.

I was so sorry to hear of Marlene's passing. It was only about a week or two ago that I spoke to her in the hairdressers. My heartfelt sympathies goes out to Levi and family. I met Marlene when I became a part of the Golden Age of Variety quite a few years ago. A wonderful friendly woman. You will be missed. Love Mary McKenzie and family.
Marlene was a sweet friend to me. Her dancers are also heartbroken. Her generosity, joy of dance, and friendship will leave a gigantic hole in our groups. Marlene's lunch with some dancers 2 weeks ago will remain a very happy memory. We will cling to the many pictures we have of her in happier times. Love to Lee and condolences to you all.

I will miss "Madam President" so very much. It was great fun being with her. She was such a conscientious president at Rosedale. Our board room never looked so good! Condolences to Lee and her family.
