Obituary of Margaret Muriel Curic

CURIC, Margaret Muriel (nee Elswyk) After a brief illness, Margaret passed away peacefully at St. Joseph’s Hospital, with her family by her side, on Saturday, August 25, 2012, in her 59th year. Beloved wife of Tony. Loving mother of Michael, Paul and Tonya, Jennifer McCracken (Jacob) and Andrea Dell’Unto (Guido). Cherished grandmother of Caleigh, Cameron, Kennedy, Emerson, Evan, Matthew, Ella, Luke and Nico. Dear sister of Jake and Nel, Marie, John and Jessie, Anne and Kryn, Marianne and Bill, Wilhelmina and Don. Sister-in-law of Henny, Gerda and Luka, Andrew, Steve and Sue, Drina and John. Predeceased by her parents Peter and Janneke, her brother Kees, sister-in-law Marianne, brother-in-law Joop, and father-in-law Mate. Margaret will also be missed by her mother-in-law Mary Curic along with many nieces and nephews. Special thanks to the I.C.U. Team at St. Joseph’s Hospital. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Tuesday from 7-9 p.m. and Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel, on Thursday, August 30 at 11 a.m. Cremation to follow.
