We are so very sorry to here about Steve. He will be remembered by all of his friends from Delmonte. This is a time where it must be extremely difficult to understand God's plan but I know that your family has strong faith and I pray that the Lord will carry you through this difficult time. You are in our thought and prayers.

Was deeply saddened when Trevor told me of the sudden passing of Steve. They say with great love comes great grief, but I hope your family finds comfort in the days to follow from wonderful memories and the love of people all around you.

We are deeply saddened by the loss of a good friend and a great man. We have been fortunate to have had the privilege of spending our vacation time with Steve and his family at Delmonte for the past 10 summers. We will never forget and will always cherish the times sitting in front of the Pittsburgh looking over the lake, hours at the dock, endless nights at the campfire, Tanner following Steve under water as a big fish, and games of All Terrain Bocce. But most of all we will remember the many tube rides around the lake where Steve made sure no child was left out. My boys will never forget going at Steve's top speed around Sparrow Lake taking air and his patience when they were younger as they fell off at almost every turn and helping them back on the tube. He will be missed dearly! Our hearts, love and prayers go out to you at this most difficult time.

To the shoreline watchman. Always beating me to the last morning paper, waving our departure on the last evening troll, the sweet smell of BBQ ribs, water skiing lessons and many a fire side chat. We will cherish these times. Our thoughts are with your family.

Steve was a great brother in law and a terrific uncle. We will treasure the fun times we had together and are thankful for his support of the kids sports activities. We are so glad our last time together was a wonderful day and that time will always bring a smile to our faces. It's so hard to comprehend why this happened but we celebrate the great man he was and that he is in heaven with his Mom. Kristina, Scott, Miranda, Craig & Danielle: we love you more than words can say and are always here for you. We share in your sorrow and rejoice in a life and love that was special to so many. Those we love don't go away, they walk beside us everyday. Unseen, unheard but always near, still loved, still missed and held so dear. Love always and forever, Mike & Tracey, Michael, Rachel. Josh. xoxoxo
