Obituary of Edward C. McDonald

After a long and courageous battle, Edward passed away peacefully at the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice on Tuesday, July 14, 2015 in his 82nd year. Beloved husband of Anita of 59 years. Cherished father of Lucille and her husband John Tucker, Ada Bravo, Benjamin McDonald and Pina Giordano. Devoted grandfather of Eddy Sorenson of B.C, Amanda Bravo, Marcello McDonald, Antonio McDonald all of Hamilton. Dear brother of Wallace MacDonald and his dear friend Robert Hlywka, Marjory Tucker and predeceased by Bill, John, Joseph and Ada. Loved uncle of Don Doucette, the late June Henderson. Great-uncle of Sherry Efremidis, Shane Doucette, Cindy Tucker and George Tucker. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Friday, July 17, 2015 from 11 a.m. until the time of Funeral Service at 1 p.m. in the Funeral Home Chapel. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
