Obituary of Jeremy Alan Cyopeck

Suddenly, at his residence in Stoney Creek on Saturday, August 1, 2015 in his 34th year. Beloved son of Cindy and Emidio Carnicelli, Gerald Cyopeck and Tomoko Arikawa. Loved brother of Alex Carnicelli and step-brother of Sabrina and Sandra Carnicelli. Jeremy will be greatly missed by his uncles Harry and Steve Cyopeck, his many family members and friends. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held in the Stoney Creek United Church Auditorium (corner of King St. and Lake Ave. Dr., Stoney Creek) on Saturday, August 8, 2015 from 1-4 p.m. Donations to the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (Bell Gateway Building, 100 Stokes St., 5th Floor, Toronto, ON, M6J 1H4) would be greatly appreciated by the family.
